We are Gálapagos Bar & Grill, a family-owned Ecuadorian restaurant at 3508 E Lake St, Minneapolis, MN 55406. This policy covers our website. It does not cover the separate ordering and delivery services we link to, which have their own policies (see "Ordering and payments" below).

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site (for example, our website host and analytics provider), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our guests, or the public.
